TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated October 31, 2026
AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are A2E, a service of Kaz Ventures LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Jersey ( "Company," "we," "us," or "our" ).
We operate the website https://use-a2e.com (the "Site" ) , as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms" ) (collectively, the "Services" ).
You can contact us by email at support@use-a2e.com .
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ( "you" ), and A2E , concerning your access to and use of the Services. You accept these Legal Terms by confirming your agreement when you create your account. If we make a material change to these Legal Terms, we will require you to accept the changed Legal Terms again before you can continue using the Services (see "Changes to these Legal Terms" below). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Changes to these Legal Terms. We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Legal Terms on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account, and we will require you to accept the updated Legal Terms before you can continue using the Services. Changes that are not material take effect when they are posted.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content" ), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks" ).
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.
The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the " PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES " section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- access the Services; and
- download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access,
solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose .
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced,
aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded,
translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited
for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written
permission.
If you wish to make any use of the Services, Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: support@use-a2e.com . If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Content.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
We accept the following forms of payment:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars . Paid plans are available only with a card issued in the United States and a billing address in the United States.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment , appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Renewal
Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from Settings > Plan & billing in their dashboard, or by emailing us at support@use-a2e.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You keep your plan until then, and the rest of that term is not refunded. Your account then moves to the Free plan. Any extra usage you have left is kept, but it can't be used on the Free plan (see the EXTRA USAGE section below). If a downgrade is scheduled (see "Changing plans" below), you'll need to undo it before you can cancel. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@use-a2e.com.
Changing plans
You can move from one paid plan to another from the pricing page or from Settings > Plan & billing. Plan changes are available only with a card issued in the United States and a billing address in the United States. Changing plans does not change any extra usage you have. Plan changes may be paused at times; when they are, the pricing page says so. A plan change may also be unavailable for a while, for example in the last hour before your plan renews or while another change is waiting; when it is, we tell you why.
Upgrades. Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing on the same plan, is an upgrade. Before you upgrade, we show you the amount, and you tick a box agreeing to it. We charge your saved card right away: the new plan's full price, minus a credit for the unused time left on your current plan. Your plan changes only once that payment succeeds. Your billing date then moves to the day you upgraded, your new plan renews from that day at its full price, and your new plan's usage limit starts fresh. If the payment doesn't succeed — your card is declined, or your bank asks you to confirm the payment and you don't — your plan stays as it was and you aren't charged. While your bank's confirmation is still pending, you can also cancel the upgrade from Settings > Plan & billing.
Downgrades. Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing on the same plan, is a downgrade. Nothing is charged on the day you choose it. You keep your current plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and the time left on it is not refunded. On your usual renewal date, your account moves to the new plan, which is charged at its own price from then on. If you're moving from a monthly plan to a yearly one, you tick a box agreeing to the yearly charge. You can undo a downgrade from Settings > Plan & billing at any time before it happens, and you'll stay on your current plan. While a downgrade is waiting, you can't cancel. To cancel instead, undo the downgrade first.
We keep a record of each box you tick to agree to a plan change (see the ACCEPTANCE RECORDS section below).
We email you a confirmation when you first subscribe, when an upgrade goes through, when you schedule a downgrade (and a reminder before it takes effect, if it is more than 30 days away), when you undo one, when a scheduled change takes effect, and when you cancel. We also email you if a refund or a payment dispute ends your plan, and if your bank disputes or asks about a payment while you are on the Free plan.
Account credit
Sometimes the credit for the unused time on your current plan is more than the new plan's price — for example, when you move from Pro yearly to Max monthly early in your yearly plan, where that change is offered. Then nothing is charged that day, and the rest stays on your account as account credit. Account credit is used only toward your future A2E plan bills, before your card is charged. It can't be used for extra usage, and it is never refunded to your card or paid out in cash. If you cancel, it stays on your account. Once your account is permanently deleted (see the ACCOUNT DELETION section below), it can no longer be used or refunded. While you have account credit, you can't upgrade again until it has been used. If your plan ends because of a refund or a payment dispute (see "Refunds, disputes and your plan" below), any account credit is removed.
Refunds, disputes and your plan
If a payment on your subscription is refunded in full (including by refunds that together add up to the full amount), or your bank disputes or asks about any payment to A2E, your plan ends as soon as we are notified: your account moves to the Free plan, any scheduled plan change is cancelled and any account credit is removed. A partial refund doesn't end your plan. While a payment dispute is open on any of your payments, we can't take a new payment from you (a new plan, a plan change that charges you, or extra usage), and any checkout you had open is closed; cancelling, undoing a scheduled change, cancelling a waiting upgrade, managing your billing and deleting your account always work. If the dispute later closes, your plan isn't restored automatically; you can choose a plan again.
Fee Changes
7. POLICY
All sales, of plans and of extra usage, are final and no refund will be issued, except where the law requires one or where these Legal Terms say otherwise (see the EXTRA USAGE and ACCOUNT DELETION sections below). If you have a question about a charge, email us at support@use-a2e.com from the email address on your account. We can't issue a refund while a payment dispute is open with your bank.

Binding Arbitration
If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Essex County , New Jersey , and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts . Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Legal Terms.

23. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. 25. EXTRA USAGE
Extra usage lets you keep using the Services on Pro or Max after you've used all of your plan's monthly limit.
Buying it. On Pro or Max, you can buy extra usage once you've used all of this month's limit and have no extra usage left. It is a one-time purchase of $5 (before any tax), not a subscription, and you buy one at a time. When you pay, your card is only held at first, and it's charged only if you can still buy at that moment. If you can't — for example, because your month reset while you were paying — you aren't charged: the hold is released, or any payment taken is refunded in full.
Using it. Extra usage is used only after your monthly limit runs out. When a new month starts, your monthly limit is used first. Extra usage never expires and carries over from month to month.
On the Free plan. Extra usage works only on Pro and Max. If your account moves to the Free plan, any extra usage left is kept but can't be used, and it becomes usable again if you return to Pro or Max. The one exception is account deletion; see the ACCOUNT DELETION section below.
Refunds. Extra usage is non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or as this section says above. If a payment for extra usage is refunded, or your bank disputes or asks about it, whatever is left of that extra usage is removed. A dispute or a bank's inquiry about a payment for extra usage also ends your plan (see "Refunds, disputes and your plan" in the SUBSCRIPTIONS section above).
Extra usage is not money. It has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred to another account or person.
We keep a record of each purchase (its date, amount, outcome and the account it belonged to) for our accounts, even after an account is deleted.
Changes to plan limits. The usage limit included with a plan may change. We will give you notice of any change to the limit included with a plan you are using, in the same way we give notice of changes to fees.
26. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account.
Before you delete. If you have an active paid subscription, you'll need to cancel it first. You can do that from Settings > Plan & billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You may delete your account before that period ends if you choose to, and we don't refund the remaining time. If a downgrade is scheduled, undo it before you cancel. If an upgrade is waiting for your bank to confirm it, cancel the upgrade first.
If a payment has failed. If your plan's latest payment failed and is still unpaid, you don't need to cancel first. Instead, you tick a box confirming that deleting your account also cancels your subscription and its unpaid bill. When you delete, both are cancelled straight away, and that plan does not come back if you reactivate. We keep a record of that box (see the ACCEPTANCE RECORDS section below).
What happens immediately. Your account is deactivated. You'll be signed out everywhere, including the browser extension, and you won't be able to use the Services. Any checkout you had started is closed. If one still goes through after you delete, you aren't charged for it: what it bought is cancelled, and any payment taken is refunded in full.
The 30-day window. We keep your account for 30 days after you delete it. During that time nothing is erased, and you can restore it by signing in and choosing to reactivate. Your plan, your remaining subscription time, any extra usage left, any account credit, your settings and your usage history all come back as they were, except a plan cancelled because its payment failed (see above). Your saved card does not: we remove it when you delete your account, so to keep paying for your plan after you reactivate, add a card again in Settings > Plan & billing. You'll need to sign in to the extension again, because the credentials it held were revoked when you deleted the account.
After 30 days. Your account and the personal information associated with it are permanently deleted. This includes your usage history, your account settings, any extra usage left and any account credit. Any paid time left on your plan ends then too. None of these are refunded. This is the one circumstance in which extra usage ends — while your account exists, the EXTRA USAGE section above continues to apply.
What we keep, and why. Deleting your account removes the account. It does not erase the record that it existed. We keep:
- Payment records — amounts, dates, and transaction identifiers — because tax and accounting law requires us to.
- A minimal account record — the account's identifier, the email it was registered with, when it was created, when it was deleted, which plans it held, and the acceptance and consent records described in the ACCEPTANCE RECORDS section below.
We keep this so we can answer questions about past transactions, defend against chargebacks and disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. It is not used to contact you, it is not used for marketing, and it cannot be used to restore your account.
Our payment processor also keeps its own records of transactions, independently of us.
We may retain additional information for longer where we are required to by law, or where we need it to investigate fraud, resolve a dispute, or enforce these terms.
In summary: You can delete your account whenever you want. Cancel any paid plan first. You have 30 days to change your mind. After that everything goes, including any extra usage or account credit you have left — but we keep payment records and a basic record that the account existed, because tax law and disputes require it.
27. ACCEPTANCE RECORDS
Each time you accept a version of these Legal Terms, or acknowledge a version of our Privacy Policy, we record it. The record holds your account identifier, which document it was, the version you accepted (its "Last updated" date), the date and time, and whether you did so when creating your account or from your dashboard.
Each time you tick a box to agree to a charge when you change plans, or to confirm that deleting your account also cancels a subscription with an unpaid bill, we record that too. That record holds a reference number, your account identifier, which box it was, which version of its wording you were shown, and the date and time.
We keep these records permanently, including after your account is deleted, so that we can show which version of these Legal Terms you agreed to, and what you agreed to, and when. While your account exists, we also use them to decide whether you need to accept a newer version before continuing.
