I can't sign in to the extension. What should I do?
What’s happening
The extension has its own sign-in, separate from the website. You start it from A2E, finish it on use-a2e.com, and A2E completes it on its own.
What to do
Click the A2E icon in Chrome's toolbar. If you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece Extensions button, then A2E.
A2E's settings page opens with a Sign in button.
Click Sign in.
A use-a2e.com tab opens on "Welcome back". If you're already signed in on the website, it goes straight to "Signing you in…".
Sign in with Continue with Google, or with your email and password and Log in. New to A2E? Click Create an account first.
The tab says "Signing you in…", then closes, and A2E's settings page says "You're ready to go".
If the tab says "You’ve been timed out." because signing in took longer than a minute, click Finish signing in.
The tab closes and you're signed in.
Still not working?
If the tab says "Couldn’t finish signing in. Close this tab and try again from A2E.", close it and click Sign in on A2E's settings page again. If your account is waiting to be deleted, A2E can't sign in until you reactivate it: sign in at use-a2e.com and click Reactivate my account.
