Where did my answer go?

What’s happening

Answers close on their own 30 seconds after they finish, and whenever the page reloads or you move to another page. A closed answer can't be brought back.

What to do

1. Press your shortcut and ask your question again.

   A new answer appears in the pill.

2. Move your pointer over the answer to keep it open.

   Its countdown bar stops until you move away.

3. To keep a copy, click Copy under the answer (it shows while your pointer is over it).

   The button changes to "Copied".

4. When you've finished, click the ✕ to close it.

Still not working?

Answers also close when you press your shortcut to ask something new, so finish reading first. If answers keep vanishing on one website, that page may be reloading itself; try the same question in another tab.
