A2E says it's down or having trouble. What now?

What’s happening

These messages mean something went wrong between A2E and its servers, or your computer is offline. Nothing is wrong with your account.

What to do

  1. If it says "You're offline. Check your internet connection.", check your Wi-Fi or network cable, then press your shortcut and ask again.

A2E answers once you're back online.

  2. If it says "Voice-to-text is down right now. It's not on your end. You can still type your question, or try again in a few minutes.", press your shortcut, type your question and press Enter.

A2E can still answer a typed question.

  3. If it says "A2E hit a quick hiccup. Try again in a few seconds.", wait a few seconds, then press your shortcut and ask again.

  4. If it says "This is taking too long. Try asking again.", "Sorry, that took too long — try again." or "A2E couldn't come up with an answer. Try asking again.", press your shortcut and ask again.

  5. If it says "A2E is down right now. It's not on your end. Try again in a few minutes.", "The AI isn't responding right now. Try again in a few minutes." or "The A2E servers are having trouble. Nothing wrong on your end — try again in a moment.", wait a few minutes, then ask again.

Still not working?
